Zoe
Manager
My name is Zoe and I started tiddywinks in 2004 alongside with my mother Penny who is the proprietor. I had worked in childcare since 1996 working in a variety of different settings including full day care nurseries and Special Educational provisions. I decided to open tiddlywinks to offer parents and children. A preschool where every child matters. My qualifications are:
- Level 3 in childcare
- Advanced safeguarding for designated leads level 3
- Prevent training
- Diabetes training
- Paediatric first aid
- SENCO

Clare
Deputy Manager
I started working in childcare in 2007 and joined the tiddlywinks team in 2014 and have been deputy manager since 2021. I enjoy watching the children grow and develop the helping them to prepare for school. My qualifications are:

Rebecca
Preschool Room Leader
My name is Rebecca (most of the children call me Becca). I joined the
tiddlywinks team in 2014 where I trained as an apprentice to gain my level 3 in childcare. I am currently the room leader for the preschool room. Childcare is my passion and being able to watch the children develop and grow and to be part of their early years journey is very fulfilling. My qualifications are:

Key Worker and SEN Specialist
My name is Debs and I joined the Tiddlywinks team in 2021. I have two children who both attended tiddlywinks. I have attended a British Sign Language course and work with the SEN children within the nursery. My qualifications are:

Key Worker (Green Room)
Hi, my name is Leonie and I have three children. I adore working with children and have worked in the Early Years sector for the past four years. I have previously worked in primary and secondary schools however, my passion is being part of those incredibly important informative years.

My name is Lexie and I joined the tiddlywinks team in 2023. My interest is working with the SEN children but enjoy all aspects of working with children. My qualifications are

Red Room Leader
Hi My name is Caroline B, I have worked in the childcare sector since 2004 and joined the Tiddlywinks team in January 2019.
I am currently the Red room room leader and really enjoy working with the little ones at the very start of their Tiddlywinks journey. It really is great to see their characters develop. My qualifications are:

Caroline F
Room Assistant
My name is Caroline I joined the tiddlywinks team in 2018 as a room assistant. I work in all the rooms within the nursery to provide care and help wherever needed. I enjoy this aspect of my job as it enables me to interact with all the children in the nursery. In addition to this I also assist the children during the lunch time period. I am a mum of two boys who both attended tiddlywinks prior to going to school. My qualifications are:

My name is Nikki and I joined the tiddlywinks team in 2015. I am currently working with the 2 to 3 year olds. It is rewarding working and seeing the children settle into nursery life and progress through the nursery to get ready for school. My qualifications are:

My name is Jade and I have worked at tiddlywinks since 2014.
I have a daughter and in our spare time we love to explore and be creative with arts and crafts and I also like to incorporate this into my work at tiddlywinks. My qualifications are:

I have always had an interest in working with children. I have done a variety of work experience jobs within different settings and at the weekends had a job as a assistant swimming instructor which has all helped to gain experience and confidence within the sector. My qualifications are:
